I ordered their new collection Mahy 2021 it's totally fake lawn 2490 per 2 piece suite I pay I ordered 2 dresses but the quality is so cheap just like phatty k kaprythey looted people just because their tv adds are so attractive that's way we think the dresses are so nice but the end we received these dresses ufff so garbage plz don't buy any thing from Sana Safinaz very bad quality

I ordered over 1 lakhs (about $800) worth of unstitched suits from Sana Safinaz. On the pictures the dresses looked amazing but what I received was total garbage.
The actual dresses looked like horrible replicas! they didn't resemble the product photos at all! such a waste.
Sana Safinaz charges such crazy high rates for basic garbage.
I contacted them various times without a reply - surprise surprise. they sell their garbage and then disappear.
This is not the behaviour of a thriving company
Karma is going to get them :)

I wish i could give a zero as a rate. This company is actually a scum. I have had similar experience as everyone else here, regarding no refunds and missing order or becoming out of stock. The custom service line is so crap with no help. please reframe from ordering from here. The fact this company does not give out refunds out, you have to force out of them. when it is their mistake, amazes me!!!!!

This place is scam
When is comes to made to order clothes. So have ordered in stock clothes in the past and had not had a problem. I ordered a custom suit for may 15 and despite multiple efforts to have them give me a ship date, they stalled. The finally have shipped out the suit but it will arrive after my function. I place the order on March 2 and was told in would have it by may 15. They really do lie and tell you they have shipped out your suit but they don't. I got duped and I hope you don't. I will try to recover my funds from my
Credit card company as i paid almost 1000 dollars for my outfit!

Worst customer service. We have been complaining since 3rd April as they sent a damaged article, yet we have received no response. It is a friendly suggestion not to do any online dealing *******@sanasafinazofficial

I visited their shops, contact over the phone, sent emails and contacted on WhatsApp. But no help. Every time they tell you that we will contact you back. But no body bothers.

Think many times before you order online to Sana Safinaz

I have made 3 separate purchases over the past few months and all arrived within a week. One order which was larger was in 2 separate shipments. No communication about this but when I what’s apped and emailed them they informed me the rest of the order was coming in another package. Quick and fast delivery, and easily contactable. I only paid the price which it stated online no additional customs or taxes on receipt.

Do not order from their website!! I ordered 5 pieces of items, only 3 arrived with no explanation on the other two’s whereabouts or a refund on my money. I emailed customer services who after many back & forth emails told me that two of my missing items were faulty which why I didn’t receive them and instead & I will get store credit. 3 days later I only received store credit on my significantly cheaper item out of the two. When I raised this they said there was only 1 missing item from their end despite their previous sales representative telling me both items were faulty. For the last week nobody has been getting back to me, I keep being told to remain patient (the same automated response). This has been such a terrible experience, all I wanted was either my item or my money back in store credit or refund on the item that was not delivered to me. I’m not sure why I’m being treated this way by such a big brand, it’s really disgusting that they are stealing peoples money & not delivering their goods. It’s theft! As an international customer, I will never order from them again and will definitely warn people. No other Pakistani brand operates this way! I regularly order from Khaadi & Elan & this has never happened.

Buyers be aware of what company you're dealing with!! Im sure you're looking at their Instagram and website mesmerized just like I was. I ordered several items and spent a ton of  money to receive incomplete packages. The outfit I thought I ordered was not what I received. To make mattes worse I can't get a hold of customer service. I emailed, dmed, whatsapp messaged,and Facebook messaged them.  Somehow the only feedback I get is though Facebook messenger and that's a freaken automatic response. Please save Yourself the trouble of going through this nightmare. This company is another shady company. I wish I knew before.

I am very satisfied with their service and the products. Bought two suits, which have been posted on time. First I got really scared by these reviews but my experience with them turned out excellent. First my order was made twice( which I had no idea about) Luckly my 2nd order's payment had been declined and I was able to cancel it by calling them. I called them several times to make sure my parcel arrives on time but they seemed to have no idea that they had already posted the item. They kept saying it is ware house ready to be posted. The suits I bought are very affordable and the quality is outstanding. Five stars Sana Safinaz...

Needed to use at least 3 channels to get a response from them. It turns out they reply only in Messenger. The customer service claims to be responsible for the online store only and would refuse to assist you with anything else. Very unprofessional!

I recently ordered 5 kurtis and a dupatta. 2 of the expensive kurtis were missing. I initially thought a second order would follow, but there has been no other deluveries from them. I have contacted them many times via email, via phone, they said they will look into it, but nothing has been done about it. My money has not been refunded. I am absolutely disappointed at their service. Horrible customer service. Do not recommend purchasing from them.
